Zira Why don't some people like Zira?

I'm just curious about why some people don't, I mean I know she isn't a nice lioness sometimes and she is kind of nasty, but why don't some people like her?

I think, because of her crazyness and cruelty. Not all people understand that it isn't her fault. Sorry for my lame English, it isn't my native language )))
