Luna placed Becca on the bed. Her anger boiled inside of her and she tried not to let those tears show. She had graduated hàng đầu, đầu trang of her class. As a warrior, Luna couldn't hiển thị emotion. And she wasn't about to insult her master's friends. If she could call them that.
“Luna? What bạn đã đưa ý kiến about watching their tongues...was that true?”
“Very much so. Are bạn alright?”
Becca shook her head.
“No. I feel weak. My tim, trái tim feels saddened. How could they do that to me?”
“I'm not sure master.”
“Becca.”
“Hmm?”
“I want bạn to call me Becca when we're alone.”
“Of course.”
Becca gave a small smile. But her eyes still held the pain and hurt she was feeling. Luna stared into them, her blood beginning to boil angrily. How could anyone look at this vulnerable hoa and say such words to her face?
“I apologize Becca.”
“Whatever for?”
“My temper. But I am not inclined to wait and listen when my master is being ridiculed.”
“No need to apologize. I understand.”
Becca closed her eyes for a một phút before forcing them open.
“You should rest,” Luna advised. “I will switch the room to auto defense.”
“Alright. Are bạn going out?”
“Only for a few minutes. I'll be back when bạn wake up.”
Becca nodded and turned on her side to sleep. Luna left the room, closing the door. She punched the number in for the code and a screen of lasers appeared before becoming invisible. Luna turned away, marching to where the two teams were still sitting. She gripped her swords tightly but knew Becca would never want them harmed.
“You scum! How can bạn be her Những người bạn and say that stuff to her face?!” Luna inquired.
“First off, stop fighting her battles! Second, I đã đưa ý kiến that stuff. And third, we are her friends!”
Luna scoffed at Erin's words and replied with a voice of sarcasm.
“I'm sure. I can tell bởi the way bạn treat her!” Her voice turned back to it's normal, biting tone. “You don't treat her like an equal. bạn treat her like a child. Well I have news for you. Becca saw both her families killed. She saw the life of a slave. She saw the way evil can burn love. And she saw her own reflection to scare off her demons. Yet bạn still have the nerve to treat her like a child? Not only that, but Becca is a born warrior. She has been trained in every skill. She has been taken advantage of, been abused. She even dedicated her life to the criminal side for bạn guys. But bạn can't get past her emotions? Let me tell bạn all something.”
Luna waited till she had their full attention before continuing.
“Becca has lived a full life. And a horrible one. She doesn't need some stuck up Giải cứu thế giới to protect her. She needs friends, she needs love, and she needs respect. And she deserves it all.”
“What about you? bạn protect her.”
“That is because Becca is in a new world. One where her abilities are normal. One where her skills will not be useful. That is why I protect her. But I think it is only fair to give bạn this warning. If bạn don't relinquish your hold on her, I can swear to bạn that Becca will never return to your lives. And bạn will not be welcome here.”

Eyes of Artemis
Dick’s POV:
He let a small laugh escape through his mouth. He knew it was Artemis and maybe she knew he was Robin. But it was a tiny chance he looked at her, standing in the crowd talking to Rachel a senior year. He smiled. Artemis was in good hands.
Artemis POV:
“Thanks” She putted the papers in her bag. “tomorrow a need them back so don’t forget them.” “Got it.” Artemis answered. Rachel started to talk “Well, let’s start then, We are now in the hall of the Gotham academy.” Artemis looked around, everybody was to their lessons except a few. The hall itself was made of grey, silvery stone. The tường reflected the blue sky and she thought of the strange boy. “Are bạn coming hoặc not?” Rachel stood in the giant stanchion. “I’m coming.” As she walked to Rachel remembering the mysterious laugh.
