Why do people constantly ask others about their stories?

Because they want our opinion?

Well, asking other people can help someone with getting ideas. Have bạn ever talked about ngẫu nhiên things to someone, and then suddenly had a great idea? That can encourage others to go to their Những người bạn -- hoặc other people -- and ask about what they should do. Some people want the perfect name and plot so that people will like it.

It's also good strategy for creating excellent stories; in hiển thị people what bạn write down, they can give bạn some feedback. Maybe the plot is overused hoặc a little dull, hoặc the characters are way too flat. They will let bạn know these things so that bạn can better yourself. Don't take it as a bad thing, for they're giving bạn constructive criticism.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, however, so not everything is going to please someone. Just as long as they get into the border; that's what they're shooting for.

ideas and is it good?

Sometimes something someone says helps spark an idea and it's always better if bạn plan to actually đăng lên your book to know if what bạn have will work hoặc just sound stupid...that is why we writers sometimes ask others for help.

Well we do want ideas and feedback, but I think it's also because we want validation. ;P We want other people to tell us they like our work.
Also I think because when bạn write bạn get to know and like your characters and bạn want to share that with other people.

It's not exactly "Tell me what to do and I'll do it"
When you've hit a road block, it's helpful to get input from an objective third party with a fresh perspective. They just ask for ideas to get their ming going again, not to decide things for them.
