does stefan turn on his humanity after season 3x09?? im really confused

Not technically. Klaus gave him his freedom, as in Klaus freed Stefan from his compulsion. Stefan can choose whether hoặc not to turn back his humanity on. Katherine kind of made him turn his humanity back on but only the angry parts, not his full humanity.
