i dont think soo. at the last episode of the 2nd season, elena kissed damon for a reason, thats becauss he was dying and she wanted to grant him is last wish, on the first episode of the 2nd season when damon kissed katherin thinking it was elena, she told him that it will always be stephan. and at the last episode of the 2nd season, she was upset with stephan because he gave himself to klous. so im going to definatly disagree

Well, in that same season, in the finale, Elena chooses to Kiss him, thereby going back on her vow, so her first (always Stefan) is not as solid as it seems anymore. Never say never Elena, promises can be broken and has been proven in her case quite clearly
