Yes. Last year, their relationship's development was slow--almost painfully slow--but it was there, and it was impossible to miss. This season... it's pretty much nonexistent, besides a couple of scenes. I'm thinking season three will be a major season for the two of them. Maybe Stefan and Elena will actually stay broken up for thêm than five episodes (God knows it would make the hiển thị SO much thêm interesting). The main problem was that the first season was mainly character driven, whereas this season is definitely thêm plot driven.
