I thought Jennifer Lawrence sang perfectly fine! She sounded real, it would have ruined it if they got someone else to sing for her or autotuned her voice.

Even Jennifer Lawrence says she can't sing. Katniss is supposed to have this fantastic voice, and she was just pitchy. If she was good they'd have had her sing the entire song.

I thought it worked because it was after Rue's death when it happened. My voice is really shaky and bad while I'm crying, also. We all can't sound like Christina Aguilera when we cry... lol

What's my problem? It's a part of Katniss' character that she can sing. Jennifer Lawrence cannot sing. It's supposed to be beautiful even when she's crying.

I thought her singing was fine. It would have been wrecked if they auto-tuned it and it was obviously too perfect. Her singing in the books is described more like attention-grabbing and enchanting than pitch perfect.
