Hi. I'm Shade2145. It appears a load of bạn are Mary-sues. I am here to help. Unlike someother FC guides. I give Lời khuyên in the best (and shortest) way possible.I don't try and offend you,this is just here to help.
So here we go!

Tooootie This is a pretty bad guide ngl. I hope it's some sort of unfunny joke. I've seen some bad characters- but (almost) none that are this bad. Creating a good character is a complex process (hence complex guides) because good characters are relateable to people. In order to be relateable- he/she needs to be complex. There are varying degrees of Mary sues (IE: Personalitiy Sue) and you only covered the all powerful one. (And it can even be argued that having a "very powerful" character is okay depending on universe relativity!) There's also avoiding bad designs- which you didn't cover at all...back story....another thing you didn't cover. tl;dr- -1/10 stars would not recommend

NoctusLynx It's funny... All my characters are weak, in comparison, because I didn't want them to be over powered. And hilariously enough, my characters are pretty much the weakest characters on this club, if you exclude Menae and Tenemae. Of course, in order to explain the increase in power of my characters, I made something called the Q Player. If any of you have watched Angel Beats!, the name should sound a bit familiar. Now, not to sound like a d(butterscotch)g, but this is not a fan character guide, but more like a tip to making one.

Ciara-the-Gecko Mary-sue is an overrated outdated term and is not gender neutral. uwu (Also God-modding, which is what you essentially just described is different to a "mary-sue" anyway) Your advice is indeed...simple, but doesn't cover everything you can do wrong with a fancharacter (bearing in mind this only applies to fancharacters, not OCs, in your own canon universe, do whatever the fuck you want man, it's all good) The way you set it out is...flawed as well, with the use of the word noob which will instantly make me stop reading. I can't tell if it's a joke or just bad????

Bullet couldn't help but feel like a father to P-Do. Even though he shouldn't. P-Do calls Nay-Nay 'Mommy' which means Ghost is the dad whether he liked it hoặc not.
