250 g flour
½ TL salt
1 TL cinnamon
½ TL clove powder
2 TL ginger powder
3 TL baking powder
90 g vegetable fat
60 g butter
200 g sugar
1 egg
60 ml syrup
1 handful of crystallized ginger
sugar to roll the dough in
preparation:

Cut the crystallized ginger into small cubes.
Mix flour, baking powder and the spices in one bowl.
