Rarity wanted to impress Trenderhoof, but ended up making a fool out of herself.

I wouldn't say it was awesome, but I did like it.

I think the voice acting was amazing at that scene. Rarity managed to speak with a southern accent, but kept her original Trans-Atlantic accent at the same time. Same case with AJ, the talent of the VAs is pretty impressive if you ask me. And Rarity was so cute when she had a crush. :)

I'm not really a fan of those storylines where a character tries too hard to impress someone by being something they're not, but I did appreciate that they chose the right characters for a story like this. I've always loved the differences between Applejack and Rarity, and their attempted role reversal was my favourite thing about the episode. :)
