Can anyone help me get over the loss of my uncle? He was arresting someone and A GOOD 4 NOTHING TRAIN HIT HIM!!!!

First of all, I'm so sorry for bạn loss. My deepest condolences for bạn and your family.

Losing someone bạn tình yêu it probable the worst thing that can happen, but the good news is time will heal the pain.

Try to focus on his life, not his death. Remember him for the wonderful person he was. Talk about him with your family and friends, even if it makes bạn cry. Crying is a natural way of dealing with your emotions and it's nothing to be ashamed off. Also, don't feel guilty if something funny happens and bạn laugh. Talk about nice memories of your uncle when bạn want to, but also don't be afraid to talk about something entirely else too. That's the first step to living your life without him. Once the memorial service and funeral stuff are over bạn have to get back to your normal life. Talk about him when bạn want to, even if his death has been a long time ago, grieving takes time. Deal with this in your way, not the way bạn thing bạn have to if that doesn't feel right for you.

Remember: focus on his life, not his death. Don't think of all the moment bạn miss with him, but of all the moments bạn shared with him.

I agree. I am so sorry about what happened to your uncle. I know how bạn feel- half of my entire family is dead. But what I do is not negatively think about his death, but think positive about his life.

I'd suggest to speak on his behalf at the momorial sevice and say why bạn loved him so much and how bạn still do. I hope the memorial service works out and you'll remember that he is in a better place and he would probably be nothing without bạn and your family. Good luck! ^_^
