[ A hooded figure gets out of the other car and runs away toward an alley ]

[ Flash-sideways timeline. Sawyer pulls up as Miles is leaving the Police station ]

SAWYER: Get in the car.
[ Miles gets in the car, Sawyer hands him a folder labelled "SAWYER" ]
MILES: Who's Sawyer?
SAWYER: When I was nine years old...my father shot my mother, then he killed himself. Sawyer was the reason why. He was a grifter...con man. I've been hunting him down since the ngày I left the academy. [ Original timeline. Kate is cooking something on a campfire. Sawyer approaches. ]
SAWYER: What's for dinner?
KATE: Rabbit. I think.
SAWYER: Good, I'm starving.

KATE: Even if we could get on that plane, who's gonna fly it?
