USA Today reports that HarperCollins is releasing the teen idol's official illustrated memoir that will tell the behind-the-scenes story of his journey to superstardom. Justin Bieber: First Step 2 Forever: My Story - due out in October - also will feature never-before-seen shots of the Canadian teen.
