Is this a good thing?

So, I was walking in the mall with my mom and brother and saw a bàn filled with actual signed các bức ảnh of người nổi tiếng and stuff. So, I was looking around and saw a framed picture of Justin Bieber. I could bid for it if I wanted to but I didn't. But is it a good thing that I actually saw an actual picture of Justin Bieber that was signed and that he touched? I'm not an obsessive người hâm mộ hoặc anything. Heck, I'm not even a fan. But, ever since I saw it, I feel really bad that I didn't bid for it... Why?
