How can I add this website to the apps. of my phone's main screen. Please! "You're going to need a bigger screen."

That is my question! Why hasn't anybody answered me?
I got this website on my phone, because an outside source, a dear friend of mine, told me how to put a website onto the main screen of my smartphone.
