House tried to prove to Cuddy that becuase he's a cripple, people will feel sorry for him, so he steps on a woman's foot with a cane, then says "i'm so sorry".

I think this woman is also trying to talk to Cuddy because she wants to complain about Dr. Foreman when he was checking for lumps in one of her breasts.

I've been trying to figure which episode all of this happened on but i can't seem to remember, any help would be great!
