Stacy was talking about Mark's sister because they were talking about Mark's family history and stuff. That was around the time Cameron was testing for Alzheimer's and as well as fishing for some information about House.

House is an only child...at least, for now. bạn never know, the writer's might come up with something in the future, considering the new twist in House's family history.
