Thought this might be ineteresting to see...

I saw the CoS film in 2003 but it didn't stir my interest in the books. Then I read couple of Marauders fanfics my friend had written and got interested in Sirius Black's character and so decided to check out the PoA book and fell for the whole Potteruniverse. (:

No. But reading the Harry Potter books got me into reading fanfictions :) Though I kind of don't read fanfictions as much anymore

I started reading the books in 1998 (before the whole fanfic thing really started). I was 8, so I started reading before it was appropriate to read 85% of the fanfic out there.

I like reading and I'll read anything and my BF's mom at the time let me borrow her set (which was the first 4) and I fell in love. I bought the 5th, 6th and 7th along with the first 4 for myself after that.
