Michael Gambon sometimes comes across as really aggressive, and that is NOT Dumbledore!

I think Richard Harris made an excelent Dumbledore. Michael Gambon is a great actor, but you can't compare his Dumbledor to Harris'

I used to like the charator Dumbledore very much

but know I don't think so (I haven't read any of the books that's why)

I absolutely LOVE both as Dumbledore, but I've gotten used to Michael Gambon! :)

If Richard hadn't died (RIP) and would carry on acting as Dumbledore I think he wouldn't pull of OOTP and HBP ,,because he's fighting and everything and he was like to old,, but he was great as Dumbledore in the first and second Harry Potter movies <3

Both really....

Harris (RIP) was too frail to be Dumbledore, even though I liked him as Dumbledore, he didn't come across to me as Harry's father figure. Powerful. Strong. I think Gambon is perfect for Dumbledore because his portrayal is caring, wise, respected, obviously has authority, but can also be frantic. XD
