Help Your những người hâm mộ and Learn Something New

It's so frustrating. bạn create a spot, hoặc find a spot bạn like and add all sorts of content, yet nobody rates it. Days go bởi . . . weeks . . . nothing. Now, bạn have lots of fans, but do they know your spots hoặc the content you've added? Are bạn familiar with your những người hâm mộ contributions?

Here's an idea. Look at your fans. Go their profiles and look at their activity. Check out what content they've added. bạn don't have to tham gia the spot if you're not a true người hâm mộ of the subject, but that shouldn't stop bạn from rating the content. Try to answer some of their câu hỏi kiểm tra questions. Look over their links, videos, and/or images. Rate what bạn see. Make it a monthly event. Choose one ngày each tháng and on that ngày choose one of your những người hâm mộ and rate his hoặc her activity.

Cammie I agree with you Kat. It is very true that you can belong to a spot with large amount of fans and yet no one views your stuff for months and when it is viewed, no one rates anyway. An example of this that I am only to aware of is the Bewitched spot. That spot isn't exactly empty of fans (it has nearly 230) but I have stuff sitting there for weeks that doesn't even get looked at. There's only two fans that do rate and comment on th content there. Oh, I must add that DarkSarcasm does rate and comment although I don't think she's a fan. Coolies, Jody! Anothe eg. Only last night I came across some updates on the Bette Davis spot and when I investigated the images further I discovered about 40 icons sitting there unviewed and unrated. The sad thing was they had been submitted over 1 year ago. Needless to say, I rated everything in that spot whilst there. btw, I rated your article a 4. Good, valid points made!

Sappp I usually look around on the VRSOF spot to see what needs rating, but looking at your fans' activity is a great idea. I'll surely do this!

IsisRain I'm all for your idea. It would definitely be very helpful to do and also interesting.

want2watcheroes I like this idea although some people might rate the content low just because there not a fan of the spot the contents for.

Yep, they do!

As a rule, I wouldn't make a big deal about this, but it has been bothering me for a long time. I understand the importance of correct grammar, spelling, and the use of the proper punctuation, and what I am about to say has nothing to do with this. I also understand having an opinion that differs with another person, but when somebody makes a pick hoặc writes a bình luận it takes time and effort to do so. This was originally đã đăng in the One cây đồi núi, hill spot but a user asked that it be đã đăng here as well. I post a lot of things to Fanpop, especially images. Something that in my opinion is very important, is giving credit where it is due. If bạn find something on the web and want to share it, then feel free to post it. However, it is extremely disrespectful to claim that bạn created that content if bạn didn`t hoặc simply not bother to credit.

Lately I`ve been coming across a lot of hình ảnh of say a celebrity where the user who uploaded the picture, gives themselves credit. It is certainly possible...
