I have a pet peeve.
As a writer, I have found my stuff đã đăng on other websites without my permission, and sometimes without so much as a mention that it was MY article... hoặc a link back to the original. This ticks me off, and it is illegal to do so.
I have not come across this on fanpop with các bài viết yet, but I have seen it numerous times on images.
Some of the people I adore the most are even doing it. I have to assume innocence here and figure some folks just don't know... so I'ma tell ya ;)
Credit. Credit. Credit. The option to add the bức ảnh credit when bạn đệ trình an image is there for a reason. It is to protect fanpop from massive headaches later on, and bạn from being sued.

From there it is easy to find the name of who owns that image. If it is not cited, then bạn need to cite that website in the credit to protect both yourself and Fanpop.
Not citing the copyright owner is theft, pure and simple. Besides, it is just the right thing to do.
As fanpop grows, thêm and thêm people are going to be taking notice. They are going to see their hình ảnh were taken without citing the owner. We do not want that kind of trouble around here.
In the case of movie and book covers, cite the studio hoặc publisher of the book. That is way-easy to do. In the case of các bức ảnh of stars and what have you, the photographer is the way to go, unless bạn can't find that info, then like I said; cite the website bạn found it on, hoặc the star.
Please please please make the effort to do this. I do not want to see the ngày that Dave and Papa are forced to waste time removing thousands and thousands of hình ảnh because we did not take the time to do it right and legally...

I was on the net looking for pictures. I then came across a site (Which is this one really) and clicked the link.
I never knew what this site was hoặc what and thought it was one of those many sites like twitter and Facebook.

I noticed a familiar biểu tượng of my favourite actor and clicked on it.
It was cool, it was like a website just full of that actors info.
I noticed they had câu đố and took part.
Than I released that bạn had to sign up to record what bạn got right/wrong etc.
Thats when I decided to log on and realised I was SOOO ADDICTED TO IT!
(Hey I don't even spend so0 much time like this on Facebook!)
So that was how I discovered Fanpop-not to dramatic hoặc interesting, but i found my rabbit hole.

Most of bạn probably don't care because bạn have a PC hoặc don't đăng tải hình ảnh that much.
It didn't really get on my nerves before, but now I want to đăng tải Giải cứu thế giới screencaps to the Giải cứu thế giới spot which I have a die-hard medal in and I know PC users can đăng tải much thêm than five hình ảnh at a time; especially if they have a die hard medal in the spot they want to đăng tải in.
I know bạn can open loads of tabs but then again it is thêm work and annoying.
It's unfair on people who like to contribute anyway, so I hope there is some change in the image uploader for mac users.
P.S. If bạn joke and say I should have a PC hoặc whatever, then very funny but no.

Ten years ago, fanpop made its presence on the Internet and people joined the site one way hoặc another. I first found out about fanpop when I did a Google Image tìm kiếm on "link". That was back in May 2010, in which I signed up for the site as CHILDISHY; now I use my ReptarZolo account to match with my current DeviantArt account. All those years, fanpop became cluttered with various types of violative content, including and especially pornography. With only four admins, I don't believe fanpop will last any longer; this can be prevented if the admins promote some users, preferably those they trust, to become moderators and help clean up the site.
Ok so I'm sooo sorry If I waited to long to do the story I SWEAR! that i'm going to do it tomorrow i'm so sorry. I have to many problems and i'm very emotional the last couple of days and it's a big problem with my family and i'm very sad but i really will start the story I swear! I cant really tell u about my family issues but I need someone to talk to. But on the other hand if bạn can be my co-writer i would tình yêu that but bạn have to be good like not basic, bạn know how when people push the story too fast...

Well it seems like people are always asking how so here is a step bởi step guide on how to with images, yay! (there is a little thing in the faq but people seem to relate to hình ảnh better)
Step 1: Make sure bạn are on the fanpop main page
Step 2: tìm kiếm for the spot first so there are no duplicates (if not then go back to the main page)
Step 3: Scroll down till bạn see this image and click "create new spot"
Step 4: Type in the name of the spot...

1. Customize Profile: Everyone likes to have a nice thông tin các nhân homepage, so my first idea is we have a chance of customize our own profile, with backgrounds, colors, fonts etc...
2. Medal Meter: I think every Fanpopers like to know how much are they far to get a medal on the spot, so my 2nd idea is FP give us the chance to see if we are far hoặc close to get our medal.
3. thông tin các nhân Viewers: How many and what users did check our profile.
4. bình luận Reply Notice: Be notice in bạn những thông tin cập nhập when someone reply bạn in a comment.
