Can bạn change the spot banner and biểu tượng without being the spot creator? And if yes, how?

The câu hỏi is self explanitory. I'm just asking because the spot creator at Royal Pains doesn't seem to be interested in changing the banner/icon.

If bạn think either hoặc both the biểu tượng and banner needs a revamp, bạn should try and find out who created the spot. What I usually do is post a pick asking this.
If that fails, then bạn can email papa and request the change. He can do it for you.
