Why is it in most Kpop groups the maknaes have the advantage?

I'm not really sure in wich way bạn think maknaes get the advantage. It's true that the rest of the group usually takes care of the maknae thêm because, well, s/he's the youngest. And as such, the maknae's the most unexperienced one (I'm not talking about artistic experience but life experience). It's pretty clear that older people can help bạn better because they've been trought the same thing before.
