The moment Elsa liberated herself and conjured up this blissfully stylish dress, we were sold. The way it hugs her body, the sophisticated length of the skirt's side slit, the extravagancy of the sheer cape, that beautiful hue of bright polar blue, and how it all furiously glimmers and gleams like winter ice crystals against a raging fire, this dress is simply a stunner that only dreams are made of.
1. Belle's Golden Ballgown:
A grand entrance for a grand dress, we were in awe as soon as Belle stepped out onto the grand staircase to greet the Beast in this luscious, golden number. Glowing magnificently against the beauty's chocolatey tresses and rosy complexion, this deliciously ostentatious áo choàng hangs delicately off the shoulders with profound textures and accents, twisting and turning like fine bơ that melts into the soul with every graceful whim of movement. It is always a shame whenever this áo choàng is portrayed in unflattering shades of lame yellows instead of gorgeous tones of warm golds which is why the Emma Watson Belle dress was such a disappointment. Yes, all that is vàng is not always glittering but in regards to the original animated version, it is both.
