As the sun settled down into the sky, Ariel watched as steam poured out of the crock-pot the cook was using. It made a popping noise once in awhile from all the boiling it was doing, which made her jump. She was curious, and wanted to ask what made it do that. But, she couldn't. Not after she gave her voice away. She touched her throat a bit, until someone pulled on her back. She turned her head to see the maid, short and plump, grumpy faced.
"You should be getting ready! Dinner's only in less than thirty minutes."
Ariel had a strong urge to fight back and tell her she couldn't boss her around like that, but all she could do was nod and sigh.
The maid took her to a room, which had many các bài viết of "human clothing" in it. She was sat down, as the maid walked around, choosing out different dresses and hiển thị them to Ariel. She was so used to the boring màu sắc presented on them. Blue, like the sea, green, like the seaweed, red, like Sebastian.
Ariel frowned, knowing that Sebastian would surely tell her dad. And she missed her dad, and her sisters.
Before she could think anymore, the maid held up a dress in a color that Ariel had rarely seen. A light màu hồng, hồng color, like the seashells in her sandcastle.
She smiled widely, and stood up, taking it in her arms. The maid pushed her into a dressing room, awaiting of her outside.
Ariel looked at her bare self in the mirror. She touched herself where she used to have gills, and touched her feet where the slimy tail was once placed. She touched her stomach, and her back, and her chest. She wasn't used to having to take care of a whole body. As she spun around, she smiled to herself, and then shoved her dress on quickly.
Click link to read my opinion on the classic era princesses and movies

My 2nd bài viết in these series, this is about the Renaissance Era Princesses and their movies, this might be a lengthy bài viết since it covers 5 princesses and 5 movies, anyway unlike the classic era princesses and phim chiếu rạp my opinion on the renaissance era princesses and phim chiếu rạp changed a lot.

Let's start with the movies:

The Little Mermaid:

This movie was my 7th yêu thích DP Movie before I rewatched the movie, now it has moved down to 6th, but I still think the movie is amazing, the phim hoạt hình is very bland, the songs are...

Coolsinger198 and I both had the same idea ironically to write a fairy bài viết to the relations of the nàng tiên to the princesses. But sadly her bài viết had trouble posting, so I want to give her some credit for this since she had the same idea as me.

I watched Tinker Bell: The Pirate Fairy not too long cách đây and I absolutely loved it, especially Baby Tic Toc. Then I started noticing some similarities between the nàng tiên and the princesses in further notice through the film. Quite frankly some even looked like the princesses. Although I caught the indifference through Disney heroines and sidekicks...

I feel like I don't write enough các bài viết on here. *cough* Lemme rephrase that, I don't write enough serious các bài viết on here. XD I just tình yêu writing, and just felt like nghề viết văn about each princess. So, I'm going to do a little series bài viết about my opinion on each DP, in order from my least yêu thích to favorite. So, aye, here we go. c:

My Original Thoughts
The first time watching the movie was when I was a child, and I only remembered bits and pieces, so let's start from when I first remember watching Cinderella, about five years ago.

I admired Cindy for being wishful, hopeful, etc. When I...

The strangely creative biểu tượng that MacytheStrange made for Team Tiana.
The strangely creative icon that MacytheStrange made for Team Tiana.
At first, there was Disney. At their time, the classics; Snow White, Cinderella, and Aurora have been immesnely được ưa chuộng in their times. Then the renaissance princesses came; Ariel, Belle, Jasmine, and Pocahontas. In later years, the unique and intelligent Mulan has also joined. But before Tangled, Brave, and the most popular: Frozen... there was one film which after 20 years, brought back magic, family, and the true vision of the later Walt Disney Animated Studios company. The Princess and the Frog graced the silver screen, and Tiana won vàng in our hearts. The bumblebees of Team Tiana present...

I tình yêu Snow White because she doesn't let the hardships get to her and keep a positive outlook. She believes that bạn are the one who can "fill the word with sunshine", you're the one with the power to make yourself happy. She is sweet and gentle, but can be energetic and firm when needed to be. She feels the need to be loved. That shows the abuse took...

This bài viết is a ranking of the 11 Disney princess films not the princesses from worst to best. I must clarify that I don't think that any Disney princess film is bad but some are definitely better than others. It is completely my opinion. Share yours in the comments.

11. The Princess and the Frog
I was excited for this film because it seemed like a return to form for Disney after a fairly lackluster and forgettable post-renaissance period but sadly I was disappointed bởi it. The phim hoạt hình was great and the story was interesting but it could have been so much better. I admit it was better than...

 My current biểu tượng
My current icon
xin chào guys :) I've been active on this spot for a while so I thought I should write an article. I decided to start with this since everyone wrote these kind of articles.

Basic Info:
My name is Dania Murad and I was born on November 23, 1999. I am 14 years old. Currently, I live in Canada with my parents and my 8 year-old sister.

My yêu thích Disney things:
If bạn didn't know, I really tình yêu Frozen. It's my yêu thích movie and it has my yêu thích Disney Princess (Elsa) and it's high on most of my lists, but it's not always first. I also really tình yêu Tangled, Công chúa tóc xù and PatF. So basically all the modern...

To start Mary-Sue is thrown around not only on the Disney Princess club, but almost everywhere whenever it comes down to the Disney Princesses. The correct definition to Mary-Sue is a perfect female character who doesn't try to be perfect, but naturally is. Like a Renaissance Man, yet doesn't fail at least while trying.
Some have been saying Classics, hoặc Walt Disney's princesses, Belle and Rapunzel are Mary-Sues, plus more. I very much disagree.

The most common areas to be considered Mary-Sues are:
Snow White
Cinderella
Aurora
Ariel (on the occasion)
Belle
Rapunzel

There are so many reasons they...

As I was creating my các biểu tượng for Team Merida, I realised exactly why I loved this girl. As a result, I decided to write an bài viết with 5 reasons why everybody should tình yêu Merida/Brave

1. Công chúa tóc xù was the first Pixar film that had a female protagonist.

Pixar is a hugely successful company, but it took about 8 years since they first started making films for them to make a movie where the main character was a girl. Before Công chúa tóc xù was made, I was slightly annoyed at Pixar - most of it's films didn't even pass the Bechdel test. I tình yêu Công chúa tóc xù because it finally featured an awesome female character.

What do bạn mean it took 8 years to have a female protagonist? That's so dumb!
What...
