One of the best things about Disney princess films are their princesses(obviously) and songs. As a singer, âm nhạc lover, and actor, I've always paid close attention to the voices that bring these wonderful characters and songs to life. I am picky about the voices I like but can admit that no princess has a bad voice, some are just much better than others. Share your opinions.
13. Snow White
Let me begin bởi saying that I'm ranking both hát and speaking voices and that even though she's at the bottom, I don't hate Snow White's voice. Let's be honest here, most people find her voice to be annoying. I don't but I must admit that it is a bit of an acquired taste for many. I guess because its so squeaky and old fashioned. It's definitely the most unique princess voice and can be cute at times, particularly when she's speaking, but its the least enjoyable to listen to for me mainly because it's so shaky when she sings sometimes. It just seems sort of weak compared to the others but Snow White wouldn't be Snow White without that memorable voice.
12. Cinderella
Will Lọ lem ever do better than một giây to last on my lists? I don't know. Cinderella's voice is not bad hoặc annoying but it is kind of boring. She sings like someone from the forties, nice but not exciting. Her songs are probably the easiest to sing of any princess and she really doesn't sing anything different, it's all in the same, safe, average range. Her speaking voice is normal but not very memorable. The only thing that sets her apart from the other princesses is the sort of huskier quality than her voice has. Doesn't she have one of the lowest hát voices of any princess? I like that but she doesn't hiển thị range and besides that was kind of normal back then.
11. Merida
O.k. I like her voice, especially the accent, but she doesn't sing so I only had the speaking. voice to work with. Still, it's a good voice. Strong like her and very different from any other. It's full of energy and life and is easily when of the most emotional princess voices but with speaking alone this is the best she can do.
10. Belle
Belle has a nice, normal, speaking voice. It sounds like a princess voice but it lacks uniqueness. As for her singing, well, it's normal but not as good as the others. Some say that she has an amazing voice but she really doesn't. Its only memorable if you've seen the film a bunch of times. There's just something there that I'm not crazy about, I sort of connect to her voice but not a lot. She doesn't have the range hoặc vocal power of some of the other princesses and its almost as if she's trying too hard to sound like the perfect princess. All that being said, I guess she's o.k. but nothing spectacular.
9. Jasmine
Her speaking voice is not my favorite. She sometimes has this whole seductress thing going on mixed with a playfulness that sounds a little fake sometimes, like she's trying to sound attractive but when she's just talking normally hoặc angry she sounds fine. Her hát is normal but we only hear her once but Lea Salonga does a good job like always although I thought she was better as Mulan. hoa nhài has a feistiness that I like and her voice is thêm unique and memorable then Belle's.
8. Tiana
I like Tiana's speaking voice. It's got emotion and uniqueness and matches her well but her hát voice is just normal. It's alittle disappointing though because it sounded like Anika Noni Rose was holding back, I wish she would've just blasted out the songs with thêm force like she did in the last song. "Almost There" could have been better but it was kind of boring when it came to the singing. She had her good moments but never really blew me away.

This is where things get a bit thêm difficult for me to rank.
7. Ariel
She's got a pretty, youthful voice that is full of emotion but not as strong hoặc memorable as the others. Also, she's silent for a good bit of the film. Her voice is not as strong hoặc memorable as the ones ahead of her but it's nice. It's at its best in the "Part of Your World" reprise, when bạn hear so much longing and emotion. She sounds like a real 16 năm old which is good.
6. Rapunzel
I really like this girl. Mandy Moore did a great job with making her likable and youthful. Her voice is so expressive and energetic but her hát is thêm pop sounding than the other princesses so it comes across of slightly weaker sounding. It's nice but it isn't as powerful hoặc large as the others but it is memorable.
5. Aurora
This one was so hard to place. Her speaking voice is so forgettable and she barely speaks anyways but her hát is gorgeous. It is so rich and has a lovely operatic feel since her voice was provided bởi an opera singer. She has such a clear, unique voice that matches her perfectly. No wonder the prince went looking for her after hearing her. She has one of the best hát voices of any Disney female. It sounds so effortless even though the songs aren't that easy to sing. Unfortunately, her bland speaking voice doesn't help her so she stuck at fifth place.
4. Mulan
I tình yêu her but she doesn't have the absolute best voice. It's great but their are better. The great Lea Salonga gave us her hát voice that was strong and beautiful. Her speaking voice was good but their are even thêm emotional and expressive voices. This hàng đầu, đầu trang four is great tổng thể though.
3. Anna
I tình yêu her voice. Like Mandy Moore, Kristen chuông, bell did an excellent job of making Anna funny, playful and likable. The speaking voice is perfect. For a non singer, Kristen chuông, bell is a pretty good singer. Some people didn't like it but I think she sounded nice and expressive and while Elsa's voice is stronger, Anna's is thêm pleasing to listen to sometimes. Still, their both great.
2. Elsa
This was very hard. Elsa has one of the most powerful hát voices of any princess but it can sound a bit nasally and the high notes can sound a little shrieky (remember the Oscars? That last high note was rough, the whole thing was actually, I know the sound is big and hard to sing exactly like it sounds in the film, but still). Her speaking voice was good although we hear thêm of Anna. I like its mature sound and the attitude in it.
1. Pocahontas
She has hands down my yêu thích hát voice out of the princesses. It is the strongest and most interesting. Her songs are not easy, actually I think "Just Around the Riverbend" is the hardest princess song to sing and she sings it effortlessly. She has such a unique sound, mature, expressive, emotional, powerful, really only Elsa comes close but I think Pocahontas' range is bigger since Elsa's not as strong in the low notes as she is when she belts while Pocahontas is consistently good throughout her range. Her speaking voice isn't as memorable hoặc expressive but it still isn't bad and has emotional moments and a unique sound even if it occasionally sounds a little flat.

Remember those great romantic moments that were imbued with pure Disney magic and have since become timeless keepsakes: how we got to experience tình yêu at 1st sight with Lọ lem as she waltzed away with Prince Charming into a blessed starry nightscape; the anticipation we held on to when Prince Eric leaned in to Kiss Ariel as they floated along a spellbinding lagoon; the way Lady's eyes gleamed under the Bella Notte as Tramp gazed into them over a candlelit mì ống ý, spaghetti bữa tối, bữa ăn tối for two; how our breathes were taken as Eugene finally saw Rapunzel surrounded bởi the lanterns of her dreams on Corona's...

I doubt if this bài viết belongs here but since we have similiar lists for Esmeralda and Meg, I decided to đăng lên it here. Here is yêu thích DP danh sách I believe princess Mei from Mulan II would have. Mei highly values romance and also admires people with Công chúa tóc xù and rebellious personality.
P.S. I am planning to do the same lists for Ting-Ting and Su but these are going to be thêm difficult to make.

11. Tiana

I am sure that Tiana would be Mei's absolute least yêu thích DP. Mei would see Tiana as boring, narrow-minded, unromantic, overly rational, materalistic, unadventurous and pig-headed workacholic....

Everyone has their personal ranking of their yêu thích Disney Princessess n thoughts of who should b included. In my eyes, this is the ranking of the maidens from the house of mouse:

15. Aurora, indeed the sleeping beauty is beautiful, elegant, n has a heavenly opera voice, unfortunately she has little agency in her own story n personality.

14. Anna, a spunky n cute go getter but most of the other princesses that have come before her have these traits checked off too.

13. Moana, a real cookie cutter of a modern Disney princess, she is pretty much just an ethnic variation of Anna but is ahead one...

Pocahontas is one of those Disney films that, despite being middle-of-the-road for me, I have to rewatch fairly often. Something about this movie intrigues me. Maybe it's because I want to like the movie thêm than I currently do and understand why some những người hâm mộ revere it. I might not be there quite yet after this most gần đây rewatch, but I'm narrowing in on what specific things I like and dislike about the film. Now's the time to share those thoughts.

Praises
1) The backgrounds in this movie aren't just beautiful. THEY'RE GORGEOUS. The subtle lines, the designs, and especially the rich màu sắc are...

I don't really like Lindsay Ellis at all but I never thought I'd see the ngày where I agree with her on something and she'd have a video that perfectly sums up my issues with Disney in gần đây years.

I was watching her Beauty and the Beast 2017 review and she was basically complaining about how years of whiny, nitpicky nobodies on the internet like bạn and me going on and on about "stereotype" this and "problematic" that regarding Disney phim chiếu rạp has pretty much resulted in the hot đít, mông, ass messes modern Disney films are today. How the BatB remake is a terrible adaptation of the OG film and it's contribution...

Tangled: The Series, now called Rapunzel's Công chúa tóc mây Adventure, premiered in March 2017 with the pilot movie, Tangled: Before Ever After (hopefully that sentence wasn't too confusing!). The film sees Rapunzel adjusting to life in Corona and introduces several concepts that the rest of the series will explore: Rapunzel's golden hair growing back, the growth of magical spiky rocks that can devastate Corona, foes with a thirst for revenge, Rapunzel and Eugene's marriage, and Rapunzel learning how to become a good queen.

At first, I was surprised that Tangled was getting a TV show. Even though I quite...
