Now slip me snug about your ears, I've never yet been wrong, I'll have a look inside your mind and tell where you belong!
Since I'm a người hâm mộ of the Harry Potter book series, I've decided to do a series of các bài viết interpreting Disney characters into the Hogwarts Houses. I'll be doing all the princesses and princes, and maybe some side characters and villains. This article'll just be the Renaissance Princesses, since the descriptions are going to be pretty lengthy and I doubt bạn guys could handle đọc another of my super long articles. If bạn don't like Harry Potter bạn might be a bit confused, but if bạn have basic knowledge of the houses you'll be fine. Oh, and all of this is just my opinion.

Also, just for reference, here are the qualities looked for for each house:

Gryffindor House values bravery, daring, nerve, and chivalry. These traits can sometimes bring the members of this House to the point of recklessness.
Hufflepuff House for the most part contains people who are hard-working, friendly, loyal, modest, honest and impartial. They are often overlooked because of their lack of daring and ambition.
Ravenclaw House prizes learning, wisdom, wit, and intellect in its members. Therefore Ravenclaws can be over-obsessed with their work and rather competitive.
Slytherin House usually has people who are ambitious, shrewd, cunning, strong leaders, and achievement-oriented. They can be too judgmental of those not of noble blood, and can be quite sinister due to their dedication to get what they want at all costs.

Okay, now that we know what kind of traits the Houses are looking for, we can see who would be in which House. So, without further ado, let's begin!

Ariel is a...

Gryffindor!
Ariel is an obvious Gryffindor. She's brave, as evidenced bởi that whole cá mập thing. She's reckless, showcased bởi her deal with Ursula, and she's rather bold and a bit short-tempered, standing up to her father. Daring and heroic, Ariel would fit in perfectly with the Gryffindors.

Second Choice: Slytherin
I actually considered making Ariel a Slytherin, before I realized how many Gryffindor qualities she has. But she wouldn't be a bad Slytherin, that's for sure. She's ambitious, and absolutely focused on achieving what she wants. And she is cunning, in the sense that she was sort of tricking Eric the whole time.

Third Choice: Ravenclaw
I don't think Ariel would be much of a Ravenclaw. She isn't really wise hoặc witty, and she doesn't seem to care much for authority. However, she is curious about all of the human world's 'thing-a-ma-bobs', which counts for something.

Fourth Choice: Hufflepuff
I think Ariel wouldn't be able to fit in Hufflepuff, but she'd do alright, I suppose. I mean, at least she's kinda friendly.

Their daring, nerve, and chivalry set Gryffindors apart

Belle is a...

Ravenclaw!
To be honest, I wasn't sure which house Belle would fit best in. I mean, she'd kind of do well in all of the houses. But I ended up putting her in this one. Because Ravenclaw House values intelligence, knowledge and wit above all else, and Belle has those three qualities in abundance, as shown many times throughout the film.

Second Choice: Gryffindor
A very close second. Belle is bold and daring, as shown bởi her treatment of those who are rude to her hoặc her family. And she's chivalrous, evidenced bởi her immediate agreement to take her father's place. She can also make rash decisions at times, such as her rushing from the lâu đài after the West Wing encounter.

Third Choice: Slytherin
Like I said, Belle would do well in any of the Houses. But she's thêm of a Slytherin than a Hufflepuff. Belle is shrewd, cunning and resourceful, traits best revealed bởi how she handled Gaston and how she convinced Cogsworth to give her a tour of the castle.

Fourth Choice: Hufflepuff
Although this is my fourth choice for Belle, I think she'd make a good Hufflepuff. She's loyal and tolerant, shown bởi her treatment of the Beast, at least once he starts respecting her. And she's kind and friendly, as Disney Princesses are wont to be.

hoặc yet in wise old Ravenclaw, if you've a ready mind, where those of wit and learning, will always find their kind
Or yet in wise old Ravenclaw, if you've a ready mind, where those of wit and learning, will always find their kind

Jasmine is a...

Slytherin!
And when I say 'Slytherin', I mean 'so nearly a Gryffindor that I wish she could have two houses'. But I did some soul-searching, and decided that hoa nhài is a bit thêm cunning and resourceful than she is daring and reckless. She is obviously adept at tricking others, and even when it isn't her trick, like when Aladdin và cây đèn thần tried to pass her off as mentally inferior in order to save her hand, she plays her part well. And she herself says that she's a fast learner.

Second Choice: Gryffindor
Another close second. She isn't as rash hoặc reckless as Ariel, but she is still quite short-tempered. And she also shows herself to be chivalrous when she gives the young hungry child the apple.

Third Choice: Ravenclaw
hoa nhài doesn't fit in Ravenclaw hoặc Hufflepuff as well as she does Gryffindor and Slytherin, but I think she'd excel in Ravenclaw over Hufflepuff because of her sassy wit and adeptness at learning new things.

Fourth Choice: Hufflepuff
I don't think hoa nhài would fit in Hufflepuff at all. She isn't particularly hard-working, friendly, loyal, hoặc honest, and she'd do better in the other houses.

hoặc perhaps in Slytherin you'll make your real friends, those cunning folks use any means to achieve their ends

Pocahontas is a…

Gryffindor!
Yeah, I'm pretty sure Pocahontas is usually pegged as Ravenclaw, but to me that seems thêm like the Wise Native trope than anything to do with the character. So, I think she's a Gryffindor. She shows that she has nerve and daring, running around talking to strangers and jumping off cliffs, and she's chivalrous to the point of recklessness, doing things like stopping John Smith's execution at risk to her own personal safety.

Second Choice: Ravenclaw
I wasn't really sure about what my placements for her other choices would be, but I think that she'd be a Ravenclaw if she wasn't a Gryffindor. She seems wise about being good to nature, and she shows intelligence in that she thinks very carefully before she acts.

Third Choice: Hufflepuff
This house is my third choice for her thêm because of her loyalty than anything else. She's loyal to John Smith, shown when she tells her father that he'd have to kill her to kill him, but also loyal to her tribe when she stays behind when John leaves. She's also shown to be pretty honest, and easy to get to know considering her closeness with Nakoma.

Fourth Choice: Slytherin
Poca wouldn't make much of a Slytherin. She isn't really cunning hoặc ambitious, and she shows the exact opposite hoặc good leadership skills.

bạn might belong in Gryffindor, where dwell the Công chúa tóc xù at tim, trái tim
You might belong in Gryffindor, where dwell the Công chúa tóc xù at heart

Mulan is a…

Hufflepuff!
This is actually the placement I'm the least sure about. Mulan is a complicated one. But, throughout her movie she shows that she's loyal and unafraid of toil. She also seems to be an essentially honest and genial girl, although she attempts to act tough while disguised as a man. In addition, Mulan is never really competitive while training, and even after she saves China she is quite modest about her achievement.

Second Choice: Gryffindor
Ah yes, the one everyone expected me to pick as Mulan's house. I think Mulan would be a pretty good Gryffindor though, she shows that she's Công chúa tóc xù and chivalrous when she joins the army in her father's place, and is daring enough to go back to the palace when she finds out about the Huns and, when no one believes her, goes to fight them herself.

Third Choice: Slytherin
Probably another được ưa chuộng choice for her. Mulan is clever and cunning enough to pass as a man in the army (although she does kinda fail at that), and she shows very good leadership qualities in the climax of the movie. She's also determined, and resourceful as shown when she uses a người hâm mộ to fight Shan Yu.

Fourth Choice: Ravenclaw
Mulan, like Belle, kind of fits into all the houses to some extent, but she's less of a Ravenclaw. While she's certainly clever and intuitive, she isn't particularly witty hoặc wise, and just fits into the others more.

bạn might belong in Hufflepuff, where they are just and loyal, those patient Hufflepuffs are true, and unafraid of toil
You might belong in Hufflepuff, where they are just and loyal, those patient Hufflepuffs are true, and unafraid of toil

So, that's the sorting for the Renaissance DPs: two Gryffindors, one Ravenclaw, one Slytherin and one Hufflepuff. I'm sure some of bạn will disagree with my placements, but nonetheless I hope bạn enjoyed my bài viết and bothered to read the whole thing through.
Thus, the houses and their founders maintained friendships firm and true.

I thought tiếp theo up, I'd rate the windows to the soul: the princess' eyes!

13. Merida

I tình yêu the color! Her eyes are a cold clear blue, and they make me feel like I'm glancing into the Arctic Circle. However, they are seemingly lashless and plain, which lands them at 13.

12. Anna

Once again, very nice color. I just can't get over the shape. Something about them makes her face look like a puppy.

I'm not complaining about size in this article, see how I didn't say anything about Anna? I mean, they ARE cartoons, they'd look odd with normal eyes (the skinniness is...

The Little Mermaid is a 2023 live-action film that's a remake of 1989's Little Mermaid animated film. Live-action Disney remakes have gotten a lot of mixed reception. They tend to make lots of money, but they also tend to get mixed reviews. When it comes to the remakes, I've enjoyed a fair number of them. I didn't care for some of them, such as Aladdin, Lady and The Tramp and Mulan. However, there have been some remakes that I enjoyed, such as Cinderella, Dumbo and both Maleficent films. Also, the live-action Disney Alice in Wonderland films are two of my yêu thích films.

Mermaids are something...

The first Nữ hoàng băng giá film made such a big impact on me that I became very excited for a sequel. The sequel ended up coming out about six years after the first film. This was because the makers of Nữ hoàng băng giá planned on Nữ hoàng băng giá being a standalone story. However, after coming up with an idea that they thought was good enough, they decided to make a một giây film. I'm so glad that they made the decision to do that.

In the một giây film, Elsa has started hearing a mysterious voice. She attempts to find out where the voice is coming from. In the process of doing so, she gets into contact with the spirits of the...

Nữ hoàng băng giá is a Disney animated film that I kind of like. When I say kind of, what I actually mean is that I tình yêu it! It's a film that I've seen thêm times than anybody probably should. I used to watch this film thêm than once a week. It's a film that quickly grew quite the fanbase. I was certainly one of those những người hâm mộ that quickly got attached to the film.

Frozen centers around the bond between two princess sisters, who are named Anna and Elsa, that go on quite a unique adventure. Elsa was born with ice powers, but she's been ordered to keep that a secret. However, when Anna attempts to marry a prince...

The tenth Mary Sue test. This one is for Mulan, who's called a Mary Sue sometimes (mostly bởi people who are đắng, cay đắng about her popularity, but they kind of have a point, especially with how she's always portrayed as superior to all the other princesses).

Unique traits without contacts hoặc hair dye- Nope, she has black hair and brown eyes, common Chinese features.
An odd name- No. Actually, I'm not sure, but I'll just assume 'Mulan' is a common Chinese name.
Looks constantly đã bình luận on- No, at least not about how beautiful she is.
Always the hero- Definitely. It's kind of a được trao considering her...

Nearly all princesses, they have tình yêu interests. Although I am really into romance, I admire some of the couples. I tình yêu Ariel & Eric, but my yêu thích couple is Rapunzel & Flynn. Anyway let me not mess the topic.

One of the most admired princesses is a dâu, dâu tây blonde, hardworking girl with diamond blue eyes, she is so kind to động vật ; Its Cindy! Lọ lem I mean. Cinderella's tình yêu interest is Prince Charming. But I really don't like them as a couple and here are some reasons why:

1~ Charming doesn't deserve Cinderella

As I said, Lọ lem is a hardworking, nice, kind girl while Charming...

Well, I have to say that this topic is very upsetting to me. I have never seen the movie Mulan as an insult to my nation. But it was. Although I can speak English, Russian and Spanish as well as Turkish, I am originally Azerbaijani and Turkish. And at this point I realize that Shan Yu is actually Turkish. Look. The first known Turkish State is the Asian Hun State and they are also known as "Huns" which is the nation of Shan Yu's army. Moreover, the Chinese built the Great tường of China to protect their homeland from the attacks of the Turks. I searched on the internet and it turned out that...

I analyzed món ăn bơm xen, charlotte in my last article, and from now on I will analyze young princesses whose value has been forgotten. Today I, elsafan1010, will share with bạn the Megara analysis.

Characteristics
One of the things that makes Megara different from other princesses is that she is "cool". Yes, being a slave doesn't make bạn cool, but once bạn see Megara's look, it may be hard to believe that she's working for someone else. Megara is self-confident and does not trust love. Because Megara previously had problems with tình yêu life and she thinks others will break her too. Megara doesn't want any help...

Mulan is considered a Disney princess and I find that ridiculous because if Mulan is a Disney princess why not Elsa and Anna? Mulan has the characteristics of a hero and a princess, but there is a reason that prevents her from being a princess.
Although she is Những người bạn with an emperor, that does not make her a princess. Either she would be a royal bởi birth, hoặc she would marry a prince and earn the tiêu đề of princess. Being a hero doesn't make a princess, does it? This is really silly. There are a lot of other female characters at Disney who do great heroics, but they're not even one step closer to being princesses. What a great injustice. What a pity. While I tình yêu Mulan, Mulan is overrated.

I've always loved Rapunzel, she's number four on my yêu thích princess list. But some people don't agree with me so I'll explain that.

Why people dislike Rapunzel:

1- They see Rapunzel as someone who can do anything, they look for flaws
I cant believe! Why do people see Rapunzel as a completed character? Hobbies and resourcefulness don't make her a do-it-all. For example, I swim, write stories, play the piano, take hát lessons, take a software course, but that doesn't mean I'm perfect hoặc boring. On the contrary, it makes me an influential person and a colorful personality.

2- People hate Rapunzel's...

So...I begin this bởi saying that I am an adult người hâm mộ of Ariel. Impacted bởi The Little Mermaid from the age of 9, I am an adult collector, and I currently have Ariel ALL OVER my adult bedroom.

I commend tác giả Liz Braswell on her "nods" to the elements found in the original 1989 film that is known world over. Some passages of the book she has written made sense to me, while other parts did not. *Eric getting a tattoo was not one of my stand-out yêu thích moments, and it jarred with all of the proceeding characterization được trao to him bởi the author*

I suppose, for those who didn't tình yêu Ariel's original...

I actually tình yêu their color palettes/some of my yêu thích princesses/, and I'm nghề viết văn this bài viết just for fun. Let's start with Rapunzel.

I LITTERALLY just got done watching the movie, and I must say-I was pleasantly surprised. Disney really got creative with this one. I see it winning some Academy Awards tiếp theo year. That was just a bit of what I thought all together. Now, let's get to the real deal.

The animation:

I like how they used what looked like some 2D phim hoạt hình in the beginning and during some parts of the movie.
