Why is Chuyện thần tiên ở New York such an unpopular Disney princess movie?

Well, to start, it's not a Disney Princess movie. It was suppose to be, yes, but Disney decided not to included it in the DP movie list.

Part of the reason is because it's mostly live action, but the main reason is because Disney didn't want to pay for lifelong rights to Amy Adams' image.

As to answer why Chuyện thần tiên ở New York itself is unpopular. I think it might have to do with advertising. If bạn don't quảng cáo then not a lot of people are going to hear about the movie. And if they don't hear about it, well....

But Chuyện thần tiên ở New York is getting a sequel, so it looks like it was pretty được ưa chuộng in some way.

I disliked the movie because there weren't many things that made it unique. To me, it just felt like a live action version of Snow White with a comical twist. If not for the comedy, I probably wouldn't have finished the movie.

Its not unpopular. Just because its not a Disney princess movie doesn't mean its unpopular. Chuyện thần tiên ở New York is a wonderful movie and is được ưa chuộng and called one of the most underrated Disney princesses bởi many people. It is somewhat underrated and unpopular bởi Disney itself, though.
