Sleeping beauty was not a hit when it was realeased so why is Aurora part of the lineup?

I'm really started to get annoyed bởi those questions...the Black Cauldron and The Hunchback of Notre Dame are both BASED ON BOOKS. The Disney princesses are all based on fairy tale hoặc legends. The only female heroines which might fit there are Kida and Megara (and its fairly obvious why they aren't included), all the others are not fullfilling the most basic requirement.
BTW, it is NOT correct that Sleeping Beauty didn't do well. It was the một giây most successful movie of its year, became later the most successful due to rereleases and even scored acadamy awards. The problem was that the movie needed way too long to make (more than eight years) and blew it's whole budget just for the one dancing scene in the woods, which resulted in it, despite being so successful, making initially any less than its costs. But! it eventually became a financial success too, due to the VHS and DVD sales (never mind the merchandising).

Because she is one of the "classic" princesses, because she is girly and wears a dress, which can be màu hồng, hồng hoặc blue and little girls tình yêu that, its easier to write princess stories about her, because the black cauldron and hond were to dark/religious movies,because before the lineup came up the merchandise with the 6 princesses back then selled good, because little girls just really are into aurora and her looks, her hát voice and her charming prince.... add all this together and...= thêm money for disney, câu hỏi answered XD
