I groaned as I opened my eyes to see the bright sun shining down on me. Wait a minute, THE SUN SHINING ON ME!??!? WHERE AM I!!?! Just then, the door burst open. Kiki, Kacey, Megan and the youngest operative (you know who...) poured in, all happy. Abby did a facepalm....

Over on another part of the east coast, Kiki van Hatrick was in the middle of investigating the accusations that one of the teachers at the high school was a bloodsucking creature of the night. She was just about to make that "AHA!!" di chuyển when her phone started vibrating.

All of the "younger" operatives (Maddy, Val, Minerva, and Chris) screamed and ran to one of the older operatives (Chris and Val to Kiki, Maddy to Megan, and Minerva to Kuki). Well, what do bạn expect? They hated power outages.
