I have to vote for 80s-Gal! She's a great girl, and while she hasn't been 80s-Gal on fanpop for very long (was under another user name before her account was hacked, then suspended), she still knows more about Charmed than anyone I know. Thats not to say makintosh doesn't it's just I know Wendi (80s-Gal) would be an excellent choice for Fan of the month!
