What's the worst injury you've heard of/ experienced?

Well i was practising a circular port de bra and my whole shoulder joint popped out! That hurt however A+E is a great way to skip allegro :)

ones I dodn't warm up well and made a plie and it hurt like hell ):

Not really an injury but it stopped me from dancing. I had severe scoliosis and the thêm it curved the thêm it compressed nerves making my hands, then arms go numb. Needless to say it had to be fixed and that was done bởi fusing metal rods to my spine from the bottom of my neck to my tailbone.

Anyways, I did go back to dancing a năm 1/2 later but because of the rods I wasn't able to arch my back enough to get a full range of movement which made it hard and extremely painful so I had to stop. I still miss it.

OMG one ngày i was practicing my ballet because i was in the performance the nutcracker and while i was practicing i hurt my foot really bad and it was swelling so the tiếp theo ngày my parents took me to the doctor and they đã đưa ý kiến that i just sprained it so we just wrapped my foot in a aist bandige and i continued to do my performance and so the tiếp theo week they called us and đã đưa ý kiến it was broken!(what a rip off!)

i had cancer in my right arm last năm and i had to get the bone from the elbo to shoulder replace with titanum and now i cant raise my arm straight up, so i'll never be a proper ballarina, i still do ballet though, but my arm has ruined my balence
