quyền của động vật Câu Hỏi

How can I ever possibly be a vegetarian?

Well, I really want to be a vegetarian because I want to be a vet. So I don't really see the point in saving động vật lives but eating them at the same time! The thing is that I am not a big người hâm mộ of curry's hoặc Chinese hoặc anything like that but then I don't like pizza, bánh pizza really either. So, if I did become a vegetarian I don't know what I would eat!
Do bạn have any suggestions...

I suggest still eating sleect meats and cá but make a rule that bạn won't eat it unless bạn caught it yourself hoặc making sure bạn only eat free-range naturally fed-animals. No abused động vật locked up in cages hoặc brutally tortured for the sake of fast food, etc. only động vật who are allowed to live full lives and enjoy themselves while they are here. That's what i'd do anyways. I need my meat...but I don't condone abuse of animals. although I do believe they were put here for our benefit....i don't believe in treating them badly.

Lentils and beans have the protein bạn need so maybe try to make an accustomed món cà ri, cà ri so bạn like it. Experiment with different flavours, good luck, I want to be one when I'm older so I'll probably have to go through the same thing. Good luck!

There are actually a lot of substitute-meat options around these days, such as Quorn, where it's made to have similar flavours, textures and purposes as meat, without obviously being made of the same stuff. bạn might want to see what kind of meat substitutes are available in your area, but that's a good way to continue enjoying meals that are traditionally made with meat.

Another option is, if bạn continue to eat meat, look into where it's coming from. Some farms treat động vật better than others. Avoid factory farms, and be cautious of the ones that claim to be "free range" (because that doesn't necessarily mean that the động vật actually ever go outside hoặc have enough room to walk around). See if bạn can buy products from thêm trustworthy sources whenever possible.

I'd definitely suggest having a look at the vegetarian options available locally though. Maybe think about the kinds of meals bạn usually have, and see if bạn can get a vegetarian version. bạn might be pleasantly surprised with what bạn find.

Are bạn including cá in this? That might broaden hoặc narrow your options depending on your choice. bạn can also still loads of your favourite meals - they just have to be adapted a bit.

Here's a link to a website which has listed some of the best vegetarian cookbooks. I hope bạn find it useful!

I'm a vegetarian, my Mom, Dad, and two sisters are vegetarians, our chó are vegetarians, and we are all healthy. We don't get any shots, neither do the dogs. We have never went to the doctor because we were sick. We get checkups and they always are surprised with our health. And I have tons of energy. We don't eat much Chinese food, but we do eat a lot of noodles, bread, potatoes and vegetables. Being a vegetarian is wonderful. And if bạn do decide to become one, bạn will not regret it. And the động vật will be grateful.

Are dachshunds natural? Are most dog breeds natural? No. So we should feed them what is best, even if it is not natural. And they are very healthy. As for people, eat lots of beans. They are full of protein. No one I know has ever had problems because they were lacking something.

i suggest bạn don't...I wanna be a vet to, in fact I'm in Small Animal Care...however vegetarians live an average of 2-5 years less then people who eat a balanced diet with proteins.
I understand your logic, but let's not forget health...after a while of vegetarian diet your system will even reject meat and marrow broth...I've seen it...it was sorda sad...
plus it can cause other issues. lacking protein can cause hair loss, attention deficit, fatigue, irritability and lethargy. I may also cause loss of muscle mass, generalized swelling, decreased immunity, and weakened cardiovascular and respiratory system. this can be in động vật that are suppose to consume meat and in people.

I don't know how to become a vegetarian.
But I do know is that meat have all the essential amino acids but vegetables don't. This means bạn HAVE TO plan ahead and eat as much variety as possible to cover your amino acids needs. Please look into that before becoming a vegetarian.
