I'm leaning more toward 'no' since I dont think we have any type of fluid in our hair and you need fluid to have venom if you're a vampire, I think. So the contacts that were in Bella's eyes had water subjects since our eyes need water. That's why it dissolved. I'm probably making no sense right now? But that what I think.
