No - Edward and Bella's story is complete as it is. Also, Breaking Dawn Parts 1 and 2 were titled like that because it was one book turned into 2 films due to its length. If there was a fifth book/sixth film, it'd have a different celestially themed title.
Yes, there should be a Breaking Dawn part III. In the closing of Part II... Alice prophetically saw Renesmee and Jake standing speaking with Edward and Bella on the water front. It already was a series - the Twilight Saga. Breaking Dawn was 2 films of the last book of that series.
