Why do bạn guys hate Courtney?

I’m a neutral person so I have a rather neutral viewpoint on her, I tolerate her bit dislike her personality. I don’t want to make this too long so just to name a few. Courtney at first was rather annoying and bossy character, but she did have her nice moment that’s true. She’s rather hypercritical as she would tell people what to do and point out their mistakes on multiple occasions, but rarely seem to do that for herself when she did something similar. She can be very egotistical and selfish, mentioning attributes about herself that have little to nothing to do with the current challenge. Like when she says she’s a C.I.T(which was funny at first to me, but with being so overused became annoying) and then mentions things she good at, a gần đây example. In Newf Kids on the Rock, she wants to take point and her reasoning was that she was a good swimmer, coached mimeos and is a C.I.T? I really don’t see what that has to do with sitting at the front of the boat. She’s shown signs of being a sociopath, willing to risk people’s lives for money hoặc for herself, but there were few moments were she cares about someone’s well being. Although just the simple fact of doing that twice makes me sick. On multiple occasions she’s whined when she didn’t get her way and her way of dealing with these situations were again childish. I see she has a short temper and gets annoyed and infuriated easily I can understand this as some of us do(I myself have a rather short temper), but again simply her way of handling situations when this happens are immature in my opinion. Then there’s that fact that she’s shown some qualities about caring for the money thêm than others where she rooted for Duncan after he got the case after she left him for it, tried to take 50% of his winnings if he won in TDA, took him back when he won and asked Alejandro for 1/5th of the million while hát ‘Versus’. I guess she also seemed fake to me too since it seemed like she would act nice, but then turned into a mean person which I would’ve been fine with if she showed us both sides. Since even though Heathers a very mean person I like her for it cause it’s who she is but with Courtney it just seemed like she wasn’t fully herself on the hiển thị till later.
Now with her relationship with Duncan there grew multiple reasons, but I believe the biggest one that just rubs me the wrong way was that she tried to change him, it could’ve been for the better true, people change, but to force it on him hoặc any person is just wrong if someone wants to change it should be because THEY want to either to better themselves for themselves hoặc for the people around them, that one just really got me.
Although I feel sorry for her character because rarely anyone seems to accept her for who she really is, completely.

I don't hate Courtney, she's yêu thích character. But I think I know why some people might hate her. Courtney is a very determinded young lady, so whenever she sets herself a goal, she will do anything to succed that goal, even if he means taking down others in the process.

Plus, she's not used to losing, so whenever she fails, she get's seriously mad. Some people say Courtney's mean, but she's not. Courtney is very nice, but she CAN be mean. Everyone blames Courtney, for Duncan's unfaithfulness, but that's only because well...their haters.

They only say that because they don't have real reason. But What I like about Courtney is that she's fierce, independent, helpful, determinded, she has great leader, and many more.

I get why people say they don't like Courtney, but half of them just say she's a..certain word..but she's actually a really good person on the show. I say this right now, I loathe Courtney. Everything within me shudders when she opens her mouth unless it's to sing, which I do not deny is pretty good. I also can agree that she is somewhat attractive and pretty. If only she was such personality wise and that her nice looks and hát were who she was. I do not like the pairing in general. thêm than just hating Courtney, they are terrible together as a couple. As a Total Drama Fan, I have to write this. Courtney is possesive, domineering, and controlling. She complains over everything Duncan (and everybody else) does and tells them what to do all the time. She treats him as an ignoramus and her personal boytoy property who she probably dates only for appearance. They have absolutely nothing in common. Courtney does not accept his apologies when on the rare occasion that he does try to. He unlike her has a tim, trái tim who can like people. She is a liar, a fake, a hypocrite who does not take even her own Lời khuyên as well as sometimes a coward. She should (and would have) been kicked off from the very start had it not been for Zeke who had merely just been misinformed and isolated as a child and actually, he did not mean any harm in it. One feels sorry for him.

But back to Courtney. Had it not been for Zeke's big mouth and missing the warning signs, she would have been kicked off. Everyone had jumped (well, Heather was thrown but still) but Courtney refused. Now common sense says that yeah, don't jump off a bridge if everyone else throws themself over it, but still. She was a chicken and then she was annoying the hell out of everyone with the dreaded "I'm a CIT" over and over even if she did nothing to support it.

I don't hate Courtney in fact she has been my yêu thích character since season 1. Although, I can see why some people may “hate” her. In season 1 she was bossy but still nice and likable for the most part. As the seasons went on though, they pretty much only showed the negative parts in her personality and not her positive traits. She became even thêm bossier and whiny. Although, she was still very determined and honest (Which is two of the traits I tình yêu about her ^^). Some of the things she did came across hurtful and mean. In my opinion I don't think Courtney is intentionally cruel she just comes across that way (Not to say she has never been purposely mean because she has but bạn can tell the difference). It disappointed me the way the writers portrayed her in the past seasons but I still tình yêu her. “Bossy, whiny, and annoying” I guess this is why some people may hate her, but I tình yêu the positive and negative traits about Courtney. Needless to say it just takes a certain type a person to like Courtney and to put up with her (Cough cough Duncan cough cough well...used to XD). Also, I feel another reason why some people might “hate” Courtney is because of the whole tình yêu tam giác of DxG and DxC. The DxG shippers mostly hate Courtney. Same goes for people who hate Gwen because she “stole” Duncan :P. I honestly think it has to do with most of the DxC and DxG người hâm mộ base. Because many didn't even care about Gwen hoặc Courtney until Duncan came into the mix. I was sad when Duncan cheated on Courtney because I loved them together but even thêm sad that Courtney and Gwen’s friendship was ruined. I think it was out of character for Gwen to do such a thing. Mostly the writers fault. I don't hate her, I just dislike her.
The reason for that is because she can be rude and bossy at times.

I don't hate her as much as I used to, but I feel that she's very controlling, rude at times, and doesn't really care what damage she does to other people, as long as it's to her benefit. She also got nearly hysterical when trying to vote off Gwen in TDWT :I

I honestly don't hate her. Nor do I dislike her. She's a..what's the word? I don't know but, bạn could go anyway with this character if bạn were to write about her. I tried many times and came up with many. Where am I going with this? Anyways, the only flaw I have with her is how her personality changed. Which is a big flaw but it stirred up the drama in Total DRAMA Action.

but in tda im glad she was their bc she gave Lindsay the strength to gain a backbone and stand up to people and become her own person. also she helped Justin aka douchebag to realize life isnt just about him and how he looks. she did piss me off thou while threatening the tda cast on the aftermaths and yelling at Gwen, but i gained some respect when she befriended Gwen and the 2 swore to get rid of Heather but she oevr-reacted bc duh she shouldve seen this coming and she did evn in tda manhunt ep she did. she can b tolerable but at other times i jsut want 2 shove that P-D-A up her A-S-S....

In TDI, I thought she seemed nice but then later she turned mean and she was annoying. She cheated in the game with her lawyers, so she would try and win and she was so mean to Gwen (even though I kinda like Courtney and Duncan together) but it was Duncan who kissed Gwen too. This is why.

I truly hate Courtney. I find her to be the most bossiest, annoying, and ridiculous character on the show.
She was awful in TDA and used her lawyers to get back on the hiển thị and get special privileges.....utterly ridiculous. And it is not fair. Also, there was no need for her to come back on. She did not make it to the dock in time during the special. Also, I do not think what Harold did is bad. He was getting even with Duncan, who had treated Harold terribly. And Courtney already got even with Harold bởi bullying him later on.
During season 2, she was overly competitive and acted like a huge BI every single episode and then she acted like a baby when things didn't go her way. That's life....embrace it.
She is too self-centered on herself. During season 3, she wanted to change Duncan and she didn't trust him. This is what leads to cheating....and look it happened!
Also, she made Duncan's leaving....(that was his decision that he made for HIMSELF) into something about her.....HER abandonment, HER loneliness.

Then, I understand that she was mad about the cheating.....she just acted immature about the whole thing.....She tried to get back at each of them and flirted with a TAKEN man (TYLER).....so hypocritical I might add. And she even tried to lose on purpose to vote Gwen out....you don't do that....that is just terrible and bad sportsmanship....
Also, her little tantrum was ridiculous and childish.

I HATE Courtney! I mean really, she has the most annoying voice on the show! I mean not that Emilie-Claire Barlow doesn't do an amazing job at playing Courtney, it's just Courtney's voice I can't stand. Plus in TDA, she just wouldn't shut up about calling her lawyers hoặc being a CIT. Sometimes I just want someone to hold her down in pool of water until the bubbles stop! I do have this EXTREME dislike for Courtney because of her personality.....but I do understand her in some ways. I've never hated her...A little bossy ok...But I've dealt with females like that in my life before. But at least she was very honest about her feelings unlike most of the other females on the show.

3:She is bossy.

But she has good in her

I think Courtney is annoying like saying "Am a C.I.T" no one cares. And complaining that her elimination's not fair. Am actually glad Harold got her eliminated.And getting Saddie eliminated for hitting her with apples. She didn't know she was blind folded.And I hate the fact that she cheats her way through everything with herlawsuits on Total Drama Action. Like no one gets to vote her off in Oceans 8 hoặc 9. Gawsh, I can understand why people hate her. I used to hate Courtney in Season 1 because of her C.I.T. experience. When I first saw Duncan, I thought he would end up with Gwen, too. But, as I watched Season 1 I realized that Courtney and Duncan had thêm in common than I thought. Courtney had a fierce side that she never knew that was awakened because she hanged out with Duncan. Duncan then learns later from Courtney to have a lawyer back him up in the 2nd movie Celebrity's Manhunt TDA.
Its not that I don't like Gwen, heck she is also one of my yêu thích characters. I just miss how it was in season 1. Gwen had it perfect with Trent, but the producers just had to make him go crazy and leave her. That's why she's lonely. Why do the producers have to have Duncan choosing Gwen over Courtney? I'm sorta fine with it as long as Courtney finds a better "Duncan" that doesn't leave her.

They seemed to bring the positive side for most of TD All Stars, but of course threw it all away and went straight back to TDA Courtney. I like her, but yeah it's mostly TDA why people don't like her.

Here's the the thing about Courtney.You don't know why she sometimes act cruel hoặc nice.Sure bạn can come up with your own head cannon. But there's no way to tell basic math is bạn don't know why so bạn can't really tell.Sure,You can try to come up with the nicest way. But,You can also choose to think up the worst. I don't hate Courtney, but I disliked a lot things what she did in TDWT like she did treat bad to Gwen and accused her for stealing Duncan and Gwen didn't it. But at least, she had good moments in TDAS.
