i'll explain my reasoning on this one.....in a way i do think he loved cassie but.....he was willing to be with her even with what he did unlike with lisa where he got close and ran away...which seems 2 be a constant thing when he feels he's getting in 2 deep

also in dream a little dream of me he saw lisa not cassie which tells me he felt something strong for lisa :)

I don't think he loved Lisa because he didn't really know her. They spent a few days together, that's all. The reason she showed up in his dream is because she represents everything he secretly wants- normalcy, a family, something beyond hunting. He wanted to stay with her and have that, but it's not her he specifically loves but rather the ideal she symbolizes.

hate her. but i think he did love her. sadly. he had more of a relationship with her than lisa. and who knows...he could have loved them both! but seriously. i hate cassie, adn it pains me to admit it, but i do think he loved her.

I agree with fanfly. I did feel he loved Cassie, because he did tell her what he does, and for a man who doesn't trust easily that's a big step. I think, the dreams with Lisa, was because, as fanfly said, she was a representation of the normality he secretly wants.

i think he can love, i just dont think he loved either of them
