am I the only one who downright SOBBED when rose leaves the doctor and then later the part when rose says she loves him?

I didn't sob but I did get teary eyed cause' it was so tim, trái tim breaking and sad. And seeing the Doctor cry did get to me and I felt so bad for them both. :(
