It's embarrassing. It really is, but there's no way other then to just ask her. Sports bras arent good when bạn are first are growing your breast, bạn need to start off with training bras, then get into the actually cup size. And at first your breast will hurt because their just starting to grow and your body is going through a change so don't flip out if they all of a sudden hurt for a một giây its natural. It may be embarrassing but the reality is this, we girls all go through it at some point in our life as a teenager, just tell her bạn need a bra. There's no need to be embarrassed really, it's something we all need. I don't think I felt embarrassed when I needed my first bra and I feel embarrassed about a lot of certain things. But if I need something that bad I would mention it. Just tell her, it's not like she'll laugh at you.

Just straight up ask her, there's no other way to accomplish this really :P

It's embarrassing, I agree but are bạn and your mum like sisters? This helps coz my mum is like a sister to me, just say, "Mum, I think I need a bra fitting…" I know it's awkward, but it's worth it!

This exact same thing happened to me earlier this year!

I went through the same thing. It feels weird, but the best thing to do is just tell her. If bạn would be thêm comfortable nghề viết văn a note bạn could do that too.
