Well, if bạn really want to have this dream accomplished, it's going to need work. bạn will have to be committed to what bạn do, and bạn can't let others bring bạn down bởi saying negative things. A schedule might help here.
If bạn have a sense of writer's block, it is best to leave where bạn have left off in your fanfiction and observe events in everyday life. Chances are inspiration will strike bạn out there than at a writer's desk. Of course, self-motivation will only get bạn so far. You'll have to have people who believe in what bạn do, and know that bạn can do it. Y'know, motivators of sorts.
I hope that bạn can accomplish this dream of yours.

chances are your fanfiction will be better than the actual story. Go for it. It'll be hard work but its possible

As a lot of people have already said, I'm sure bạn can do it if bạn put your mind to it and are committed to it. That said, though, isn't that kind of a lot of work to put into a fanfiction? Why wouldn't bạn want to work on an original story instead? I'm not saying I've got anything against fanfiction, but it seems to me like it should be a hobby rather than a dream.
