Feminists are taking the derogatory term slut, and making it into a badge of pride...Your thoughts?

I really don't think I can make a paragraph out of that. First of all, all women are DEFINITELY not sluts, a slut is a women, hoặc man, that engages in sexual activities for money. Sluts have no shame in what they do, they use their 'sexual appeal' to get ahead and take advantage of their situation. NOT ALL WOMEN ARE SLUTS. And making the term slut into a prideful pejorative is pretty much the equivalent of a homosexual calling his/herself a faggot. I personally think pride is very egotistical and just stupid. I don't really care if bạn HAVE pride, but bạn should make pride of the POSITIVES, not the negatives! Argh...

I hate feminists and all special interests groups...

Okay guys, the whole "Badge Of Pride" thing was a figure of speech. They aren't literally making badges, they're just taking the word slut and making marches and crap like that. Sorry, I should've phrased it right.

I thought sluts didn't do it for money, they did it to make themselves feel better about themselves? Either way, I use it (Along with hoe, whore, ect.) as thêm of terms of enderment to my girlfriends. I think they're just trying to make it seem positive so women won't get offended bởi the remark and people will stop using it.

I am a feminist, but I agree that there are some people that just take things to the tiếp theo level. I'm not twisting your words in any way. I'm not even going against you. My lord. -.- I was saying, I don't understand how they can label themselves as that and be proud of it. However, a slut doesn't do it for money; that's a prostitute hoặc a whore. A slut usually only does it because it's amusing, at least in my opinion.
