one thing that will help with nightmares is never give power to it. one way to help that is never care and worry about it. worrying and being afraid gives the strength to your nightmares

I joined, I have horrible nightmares when I sleep they never seem to stop it's like if I willingly sleep I have one if I pass out from not sleeping I them bad there's no way to stop them they seem to get worst I'm scared to sleep
