I guess there are a lot of characters with blue eyes....Frodo, Aragorn, Gandalf, Galadriel, Legolas, Elrond, Faramir, Arwen, Eowyn, and others....and they get soooooooo many close-ups of Elijah Wood's huge bright blue eyes.....

Most of them do, anyway. Legolas switches between blue and brown, which I find kind of funny.

Lol...my brother and I have had several discussions about this. But there are a few characters with brown eyes. Eomer, Saruman, Gimli, and sometimes Legolas, lol.
