Elbelle23 picked Barney Stinson:
1-Stefan Salvatore (The Vampire Diaries)
Stefan is very intense and has a mysterious aura about him. He has a naturally kind, caring and selfless personality and a tender, empathetic, gentle nature and he is pure of heart, even though he is a centuries old immortal. Stefan is a deep romantic at heart, loves extremely passionately and very intensely and he loves Elena with a strong, fiery passion. Stefan is, however, extremely tortured by being an immortal, a creature of darkness meant to hunt and kill, and because of this, he has not killed any humans, even in the past. After being turned into a vampire, Stefan vowed to feed only on the blood of animals, although Stefan even feels guilt and remorse for feeding on animals as well.
Stefan is the good, moral, benevolent brother of the series

2-Anakin Skywalker (Star Wars)
As a child, Anakin Skywalker showed kindness and generosity, as exemplified by his willingness to risk his life in a podrace to help Qui-Gon Jinn and Padmé Amidala depart Tatooine at a time of need. He was not shy to express how he felt, and showed a reluctance to leave those he loved behind. Indeed, Skywalker had a deep-seated fear of loss, especially in regards to his mother. This fear of loss would follow Skywalker throughout his life and eventually led him down the path of the dark side. Similarly, his experiences as a slave would leave him with a deep resentment towards slavers. Skywalker would mostly keep these feelings to himself, very rarely talking about them, even with those on whom he placed his trust, as he struggled to put his past behind, making an effort not to think about it.

As he grew older, Skywalker became arrogant, reckless, impatient, willful, and cavalier, despite Kenobi's efforts to train him as best as he could. Confident and bold, he demonstrated a lack of subtlety Another was his tendency to disobey orders, which he did whenever he thought they weren't the best way to solve problems. Despite his many failings, Skywalker remained selfless, willing to lay down his life for others, and showed commitment to things greater than himself

3-Nathan Scott (One Tree Hill)
In the beginning, the character of "Nathan" was described as "cocky and an academically-challenged high school junior". He started out as an arrogant and rude teenager, but over the years has matured into a responsible and loving family man. The sport of basketball has always been important in Nathan's life. Nathan has undergone a huge character evolution during his time on One Tree Hill. At first, as taught by his callous father, Dan, he was a self-centered boy who didn't care if he hurt others. Then he began to realize that Dan's lessons were wrong, and being cruel to classmates and relatives was the wrong thing to do. Nathan started to set up new priorities and become a better person. Although he still occasionally makes bad decisions, at least he recognizes them for what they are and regrets those choices. Nathan has become a man who greatly values his friendships and will place the needs of his family above his own.

4-Ryan Atwood (The OC)
Ryan is a brooding, tough, cynical and quick-tempered, yet compassionate and empathetic toward people in trouble and those less fortunate than himself. He at times appears burdened by an almost-compulsive need to rescue others at the expense of his own well-being, Despite his reticent nature and emotionless exterior, Ryan can be quite transparent, often "convey[ing] everything with just a look", and is virtually incapable of lying. Very Protective

5-Cory Matthews (Boy Meets World)
Cory’s cardinal dispositions would be his interpersonal relationships. His whole life revolves around his love for Topanga, loyalty and support for Shawn, and devotion to his family. Many of the choices he makes in life, such as where to go to college, revolve around his friend’s feelings. On the other hand, Cory’s central dispositions would include his honesty, trustworthiness, and nervousness. Cory’s friends and family know that they can always count on him for anything, but he is often extremely nervous about the decisions he makes.  Cory is a social person that lacks dominance. He pleasantly goes along with his friend’s ideas, but rarely shows interest in making decisions for the group himself. Therefore he would not be high or low in extroversion, but somewhere in the middle. However, Cory is extremely high in agreeableness, because he is friendly, trustworthy, and modest.

6-Peter Parker (The Amazing Spiderman)
As Peter grows up he shines in his academics as a top honors student in high school. Because of this, he's labeled as an introvert due to his shyness and geekiness. He could be considered open to experience because once he becomes sipderman he's very open to embracing his powers and using them to stop crime. He's highly perceptive with his heightened spidey senses, very intelligent as he is the brightest youth in his town, and at times is an extrovert when he is spiderman risking his life to save others such as when he catches a car before it kills a guy. It is in his alter-ego that he's alot more confident and extremely sarcastic as he protects the city. It's also agruable that he is an introvert when he is just Peter Parker, a kid who is socially awkward who hides behind his camera as he takes the school's pictures

7-Clark Kent (Smallville)
Clark is very close to both of his parents; he is respectful, obedient, and highly values their approval. Raised with a strong moral background, he does not like invasions of privacy, thinks the bad guys should be punished, and wants things to be fair. Clark is hard-working and usually does not place much value in material possessions.
Two traits of Clark Kent that have been prominent for most of the series have been his positive view on humanity and his self-loathing of not being human. He is idealistic and has the ability to always find the good in people, which manifests itself into a willingness to trust others, even to a fault. Clark's optimistic opinions may also be somewhat inherent; while amnesiac, he retained a positive attitude of the people around him. He strongly believes that positive feelings such as compassion are synonymous to the human race, and thinks humans are, on the whole, noble beings.

8-Finn Hudson (Glee)
Finn has been shown to be one of the most complex characters on Glee. Finn has been shown at time to give into peer pressure because he wants to be liked and not made into an outcast. Despite feeling guilty, Finn has bullied others at school and has often allowed others to bully him into doing things he would usually not agree to. A factor in this has been that Finn has been shown at times to think (wrongly) that popularity is about the only thing he has going for him. However, the second part of Season Two has seen Finn bury his earlier concerns with popularity and image and he is now unambiguously a "Gleek." While he is often able to "get" people and intuit them well. Intellect appears to not be one of his talents, and combined with his naturally trusting nature, this has allowed many of his friends to manipulate his naivety, to suit their own personal desire. The most notable examples would be Quinn's lie regarding how Finn supposedly impregnated her, and Mr. Schuester planting pot on him to blackmail him into joining the Glee group by exploiting the way he was committed into doing his mother proud. He's also a natural born leader, and tries his best. No matter what Finn does, he always tries to give his all. He is especially concerned about being a good son, and becoming a good man.

9-Steve Rogers (Captain America)
Steve has always had an extremely brave, noble and honest spirit, intolerant towards injustice and abuse of power. Since he was formerly weak and small, he has learned on his own what true strength is, and vowed to protect defenseless people at the risk of his own life. Even before his transformation, Steve is an overwhelmingly self-sacrificing young man, willing to literally throw himself in the path of a grenade to save his fellow man.

10-Peeta Mellark (The Hunger Games)
Peeta has a very likable personality. He is bold, having announced that he was in love with Katniss to the whole nation; smart, figuring out strategies to use in the Games; and willing to go to extremes to keep Katniss alive. Peeta is also loving and cares about the people around him and hates killing unless the pursuer is a threat to himself or Katniss. He is selfless, has a good sense of humor that he uses during tough times, and always knows exactly what to say to make someone feel better. He is able to work with Haymitch on goals and strategy. It is noted throughout the series his deep understanding of situations such as the Hunger Games where he says, "I don't want to be just a piece in their Games." It took Katniss much longer for her to understand the same concept. In Catching Fire, Finnick Odair states that Peeta is one of the only truly good people to survive the arena. He is usually the more sentimental of all of the main characters, "feeling" things more than everyone else. He doesn't have Katniss or Gale's "fire," but he isn't soft. He teases Katniss at times; for example, in Catching Fire, when Katniss wonders why Johanna, Chaff, and Finnick act differently toward her, Peeta explains it's because of her discomfort with nakedness.

11-Barney Stinson (How I Met Your Mother)
On the whole, Barney is a complex character whose “awesome” and confident exterior masks his serious and vulnerable interior. His past, wracked with hurtful experiences, has taught him to erect this barrier in order to avoid being hurt. His high energy and social engagement are important aspects of his personality, particularly of the aspects he chooses to convey to others. Barney obviously suffers from neglectful parents and a disappointingly lonely past, marked by rejection from those who he has allowed himself to be most attached to. He is also shown as a womanizer, Barney eventually changes once he falls in love. He is super smart, always thinking of new tricks to manipulate situations especially when it comes to picking up women and super sarcastic. Deep down he is very caring and afraid of commitment. Let’s not forget his love for suits.

12-Sheldon Cooper (The Big Bang Theory)
The weirdo of the gang, Sheldon starts as the most immature character ever that always needs to be right and has his ways with everyone. As the show progresses he remains the same amount of annoying to his friends but shows a great amount of maturity when needed. Also the comic relief.

13-Stiles Stilinski (Teen Wolf)
Stiles is constantly described as overly anxious and curious, particularly towards criminology and mysteries. He is extremely hyperactive, outspoken and immensely intelligent, has a quick mind for puzzles and research, but is prone to distraction and flailing due in part to his ADHD. Stiles also has an extreme penchant for sarcastic quips. Despite his scatterbrained shenanigans, he is well-meaning and very protective of those he cares for, particularly his best friend Scott and his father, the sheriff.

14-Ron Weasley (Harry Potter)
Ron was a very funny person, but often emotionally immature, and insensitive. He had a sardonic, wisecracking sense of humour that often brought his friends laughter and relaxation. Ron's character was also marked by moodiness and insecurity. He could be argumentative, a trait particularly displayed in his bickering with Hermione. He also had a fierce temper, which was especially prone to provocation if his loved ones were insulted.

15-Prince Charming (Once Upon A Time)
Growing up as a shepherd he turned out to be a prince by accident. He’s a true hero who values his family higher than anything else. Firm believer of good he’s always winning to help anyone in need. He’s perfect at sword fighting and he’s not afraid to show this to his enemies.
