Who has the Hallyu crown: Kim Soo Hyun hoặc Song Joong Ki? 

Song Joong Ki is currently one of the biggest hallyu stars following the hit 

KBS drama \'Descendants of the Sun\'. He\'s dominating the industry with countless CFs, model offers, photo shoots, and more, but he\'s still competing for the hallyu crown against another actor who\'s huge in China. As you may have guessed, it\'s Kim Soo Hyun!  

Back in 2014, Kim Soo Hyun\'s popularity skyrocketed with the popularity of the 

SBS drama \'You Who Came From the Stars\'. As a result, his fame went through the roof, especially in China. However, Song Joong Ki, who was recently named the celebrity most loved by Chinese fans, is a fierce competitor to take his #1 spot.

Nate recently opened an interesting online poll asking, "Will Song Joong Ki\'s popularity in China overcome Kim Soo Hyun\'s?", and the results are quite drastic. 

Kim Soo Hyun, who gained a total of 21,362 votes, is winning with 80%! On the other hand, Song Joong Ki only gained 5,432 votes, which equals to 20% of the total. Netizens commented, "Still Kim Soo Hyun," "Kim Soo Hyun, fighting! I love you forever," etc. 

Chinese netizens also seem to be taking part in the poll as IDs with Chinese names left comments in English that said, "Kim Soo Hyun, fighting," "Support you forever! I love you, Kim Soo Hyun,"  and more.

Overall, Kim Soo Hyun is dominating the poll, maintaining his name as the hallyu king. 

No need to  hate the results. Both are amazing actors and the difference is just from the citizen\'s vote. Maybe the Chinese netizens are more familiar with KSH than SJK so thats why the vote is more biased towards KSH. I like both of them✌🏻

Wow Kim Soo hyun? Although he\'s been quiet lately with work, but still got so many fans. I prefer Song Joong ki but both are really star in the own class.

Dear editor, based on what facts and figures, you said that \'Song Joong Ki, who was recently named the celebrity most loved by Chinese fans\'?  It is totally groundless.  Please check the popularity indexes/polls for Hallyu stars and Korean dramas at Baidu first before you jump to this saying.  Thank you!

I\'m a big fan of SJK and I like DOTS but it\'s not the drama that showed how good he is in acting, Innocent Man is way better. And KSH, I don\'t like him that much but he had lots of good dramas compare to SJK so I wasn\'t shocked at all

SJK is better and more into his acting than KSH maybe because he is more expressive and always play playboy or smart and talkative character while KSH always play naive or 4D character and not very talkative. But I think KSH is more appealing in CF more than SJK because of his manly face body and his mysterious and confident aura.

I can\'t choose, I like both equally...KSH for The Moon Embracing The Sun, The Thieves, Secretly Greatly and You Who Came From The StarSJK for  A Werewolf Boy, Sungkyunkwan Scandal, Nice Guy and DOTS

Not surprising at all!  So many KSH  fans have been supporting him since Dream High or The Moon embracing the Sun or the Thieves or the Secretly Greatly or YWCFTS or the Producers until now!  His marveollous acting skill,  appearance and adorable personality really deserve to be loved by all his loyal fans forever!  He is undoubtedly the most popular Hallyu superstar in Asia, not only in China!

i think i like KSH a little bit more than SJK.. but i love TMTETS, YWCFTS and DOTS equally!
