'HTGAWM’: Who Shot Annalise? The Cast Reveals Their Insane Theories

It’s the question we all want answered: who shot Annalise? At this point, it could be anyone. The cast is sounding off on their theories as to who pulled the trigger in an all-new interview!

were INSANE. We saw our beloved Annalise Keating (Viola Davis) lying in a pool of her own blood after being shot. Our minds have been running rampant as to who shot Annalise, and the cast has some pretty epic theories!

Right off the bat, Alfred Enoch, who plays Wes, playfully said that Wes was shooter. “Why not?” he told

. However, he admitted that it would break his heart if it actually ended up being Wes.

“That’s going to be a nightmare situation for Bonnie, for Annalise, for the house,” he told

. “That’s awful. She was the most important person in his life and he killed someone to protect her. If someone took her away, I’m intrigued to see what happens there.”

, so nothing is as it seems. “I think it’s Connor,” Karla Souza told the outlet. “The thing is, Wes already killed someone, Bonnie already killed someone. I think it was an accident, some sort of ricochet thing, and I think Connor might have done it by accident.”

. It’s so hard to tell at this point. But obviously someone must have either wanted to shoot Annalise or been completely spooked because no one’s rushing to her side! Someone needs to help a girl out!

It very could (and probably is) one of the Keating Five, but Matt McGorry has another idea. “Maybe it was the flying cheerleader,” he joked. “She always had a weird smirk on her face, then all of a sudden she’s gone. Where is she?”
