How do I create a wallpaper?

I wanted to create a hình nền for the graphics contest but i dont know how. :P

There are many way's to create wallpapers. bạn can use bức ảnh shop, but that's pretty complicated. bạn can also try paint.net, that's similar to bức ảnh shop, only simpler. Another great program to use is picasa from google, bạn can download this on the Internet.

I use GIMP. :-] bạn can find some great tutorials online if bạn do a bit of searching, and if bạn practice enough bạn can make some awesome graphics.
