Could someone record and đăng tải the House retrospective that will be airing tiếp theo week?

I'm from Italy, and I can't find any site to watch cáo, fox (and thus, the retrospective and the show) live. Plus, I was told that this retrospective will be uploaded to Fox.com hoặc Hulu, and neither is available in my country.
Would someone be so kind and please record it and send it to me/upload it somewhere?
