We think you're crazy when your reasons consist of things like "xyz is hawtt," "it's a love story," or "hp is ugly/gay/stupid/boring."

KatiiCullen94, we are on different sides of the debate, so we're always going to come back with an opposing statement, but you, and all the other Twilight fans, are well within your rights to go around to all our comments/articles and make a rebuttle, just as long it's not straight out bashing and flaming.

We want your reasons! This isn't a debate if one side refuses to give points.

^ It is possible to just like something more you know. They dont need to give a reason! There are many things that I like in this world that I cant explain -- I just like it, you know? People have different tastes and they might not like the idea of a magic school.

I understand that reasons such as "jacob is hawtt!" or "hp is gay!!" are stupid, but they dont have to give a reason if they dont want to. It wont change our or their opinion on it.

^^ I undestand that people don't need a specific reason to like something, and sometimes they don't want to give it, but we're here to debate about the two series, and that's only going to work if the Twilighters start giving some reasons. Side a gives reasons, side b makes a rebuttle, side a can make another if they want and so on. That's just the way a debate works, and if people don't want to give their reasons, they should just stick to the book's fansite, rather than this spot. Sorry if that sounds harsh, but there's really no point in being here unless you want to debate.

^ Well that's true but you must see how intimidating it must be for a Twilight fan? Look how large the percentage is for Harry Potter. In EVERY single poll Harry Potter wins (maybe not the first ones but nowadays, yes) and always by a large percentage. I mean, if I was a Twilight fan I quite frankly wouldn't want to comment. There's 40 Harry Potter fans but 3 Twilight? No thanks. (In general)

If anything this club has just turned into a club where everything Twilight is mocked and everything Harry Potter is praised. I'm not complaining, I'm just saying. It's not really a debate club anymore. There used to be quite close percentages, with Twilight getting 40% and Harry Potter getting 60% or something like that.. Twilight even won a couple of times. But now all the Twilight fans have ran off and you only get the occasional Twilight fan now.

^^ I know, and I think that's taken a lot of the fun out of this club. It's kind of funny how the Twilight spot has more fans than the HP spot, and yet, Potterphiles make up at least 80% of this spot's participants. (I know this poll says 90, but 41 fans have voted, so it's not very reliable.)

I know the Twilight fans can feel intimidated by the enormous number of us, so maybe if some of you Twilighters wanted to get some friends together, message some other fans, you might even want to post a message on the Twilight spot, but if we evened up the numbers a bit, we might be able to (finally) get some proper debates running.
