Let's set the scene before this begins shall we? A girl, we'll call her Ven, is walking trang chủ from school and gets a call from her friend. Ven and đã đưa ý kiến friend have not spoken in a while so they start to ask what the other has been up to. They eventually get into the subject of sách they've read. And that's where this little story starts.

So Ven's friend asks her what her favortie book is. "Oh, that's an easy one." she replies. "Harry Potter of course." her friend laughs and says, "Of course. Well, my yêu thích book series is Twilight."

Ven, having never even heard of the books, makes a confused face and presses her friend for thêm information. "Twilight? Interesting name for a book. What's it about?"

"It's about ma cà rồng and ma sói and stuff. Basically fantaisie thêm hoặc less. Main character, Bella, is in tình yêu with a--"

"Oh heck no." Ven replies, cutting off her friend before she can finish speaking. "I don't do tình yêu stories, bạn know that." her friend sighs and says, "I know, but give it a chance! It's really good, even better than Harry Potter."

Of course, Ven thinks this is total bullshit to the max, but doesn't like to make an opinion about a book without đọc it, so her friend lets her borrow the series to read.

And Ven loved the books. Mind you, she didn't turn into a người hâm mộ that thought Eddy and Jake were real, but she did think it was better than Harry Potter.

Of course, Ven didn't have many Những người bạn at school to talk to the sách about, so she settled for talking to những người hâm mộ online. This is when she noticed a lot of people bashed the books.

"Oh come on, have bạn even read the series?" Ven asks, outraged someone is bashing her current yêu thích series. "Oh, yes, I've read them and they're total crap! How can bạn even think it's better than Harry Potter? bạn get on Google right now and look for "A 1000 reasons why Harry Potter is better than Twilight" and then we'll talk."

So Ven indeed does this, and clicks the link that leads to a diễn đàn titled this on a little site called fanpop.

Ven reads through all the pages(there were only 60 bởi the time she finished and caught up) and she realized they all had a point. How could she have been so stupid? Twilight was a load of bullshit. Harry Potter was bởi far its superior.

So Ven begins to post reasons on this diễn đàn as well. The other anti's welcomed her with open arms and treated her like family. She met some awesome people on fanpop and even added a few on facebook.

Of course, they talked about other thing as well. Like other sách they liked, music, movies, tv shows, actors, hobbies, the works.

There's a lesson to be learned from this kiddies. It's that Twilight sucks balls. Thank bạn and goodnight. :3

This is how I feel about HP vs. Twilight. Twilight những người hâm mộ feel free to state your own opinion but I would prefer no one fights. These are my opinions and everyone is entitled to their own.

I know there are many of these các bài viết on here but this is my own and wanted to share it. Sorry about how long it is! And please excuse any typos!

1. The character have personalities and depth. They grow and change and even minor characters are so complex

I DID NOT WRITE THIS. IT IS JUST BEING COPIED AND PASTED.

First of all- Harry Potter isn’t just a childish bedtime story. Nor is it shallow. A story based off a single dream has no depth. Twilight những người hâm mộ will never what kind of man James was before he turned vampire. Rowling, however, spent 15 years planning every little detail. She created a world within our own for her witches and wizards. She has based their heritage off of real mythology and history. Their spells are in a dead language and they have organized governments with strict laws. She has followed her characters’ stories from...

Twilight is a best-selling, Supernatural teen romance series containing the events of a human (Bella), a vampire (Edward), and a werewolf (Jacob)situations in Forks, WA as the sách progress. It has attracted a significantly high fan-base and it's phim chiếu rạp grossed to over $700 million box-office. Much of the saga's acclaims range from young những người hâm mộ of the sách and movies, all the way to the current President of the United States. Such acclaim is also met with the negativity of the public that are against the over-all plots and messages from the saga itself. The conflicts of interests towards the...

Ok, some of this is opinion, some is fact, so don't critisize it because it is my opinion. And don't be rude in the các bình luận section!

1. If the Cullens are "vampire's" that don't burn in the sun, don't drink blood, young, rich, immortal and beautiful, then why are they in Forks, Washington!? In HIGH SCHOOL!?

2. bạn say this story is about a Vampire, Werewolf and Human. I won't disagree with the human part, but the Cullens are NOT vampires. They don't drink blood, they don't die from a stake to the heart, they don't burn in the sun, and they don't have fangs. Jacob isn't a werewolf. He doesn't...

Intelligence, I was not born with. Talent, minimal. Endurance, plenty. I wish I could be a Hermione Granger. The world is a cruel place for a woman and a brainy one at that. The close I come to is a Ron Weasley.

Hermione, from her introduction, comes off as a snooty know-it-all. An outcast who never gets along with anybody because she knows too much. But as we di chuyển on in the series she becomes the strongest pillar of the trio. She thrives on competition and always comes on top. Being a muggle-born and to be accepted into the wizard-world she faces discrimination and isolation from many but...

I found these fascinating, thought bạn guys might too, :)

Bellatrix - “Bella” is a construct of the word “bellum” meaning “war” and “trix” refers to “a woman in power.” Bellatrix is therefore known as the “Female Warrior” and is also the pale yellow ngôi sao indicating the left shoulder of the constellation Orion, the Great Hunter.

Blaise - Blaise was the teacher of Merlin. From the Roman name Blasius, which means “lisping.” From the Latin “blaesus.” A famous bearer was Blaise Pascal, a French mathematician and philosopher.

OK, there are millions of people who write thest kind of articles, but please try and control your patience, and read this.

The Love
Harry Potter has love. Not lust.
Hermione didn't stare and Ron and say "OMG he is soooo hot, I am in love" no, Hermione and Ron started of as hating each other. Halfway through their first năm they became friends. In HBP and DH they both started getting feelings for each other. They tình yêu each other for who they are. That is real love. Twilight on the other hand has no real love. Bella and Edward fall in tình yêu with each other, they kiss, Bella gets pregnant. ALL THIS...

One thing I've noticed in general is that anti's tend to make a pretty big deal out of the Twilight ma cà rồng sparkling. I've seen people saying things like real ma cà rồng don't sparkle, ma cà rồng not sparkling was a fact, and that it was gay of them to sparkle. Okay, of ALL the things to criticize in Twilight, people are going after the SPARKLING? Seriously?

First off, at least where I'm from, calling something “gay” as an insult is considered really rude and distasteful. Besides being rude and homophobic, it's also generalizing and stereotyping. Just because something sparkles doesn't make...
